This discrimination and racism against homeless and refugees &#8211; immigrants is directly related to the way in which the problem is perceived and acted upon, both by the state and public institutions, the police and, ultimately, by the citizens themselves.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section hand, to record cases of marginalization and<br \/>human rights violations and, on the other hand, to highlight them and awaken both civil society organizations and public bodies and state institutions.<\/p><p>The challenges have been many, as well as the difficulties we have faced and continue to face during this effort, which aims to inform and raise awareness in society about the vulnerability of the population living on thestreets, as well as the multiple forms of discrimination and violence they experience on a daily
